Research
- My research interests lie at the intersection of Computer Science,Biology and Mathematics. I am currently working on incorporating an insulin feedback model in the controller of an artificial pancreas simulator. I have previously worked on the comprehensive benchmarking of structural variant callers and an empirical analysis of usability and archival stability of omics software resources.
