Research
My research interests include using modeling and control theory to better understand core physiological processes. Currently, I am working on my senior thesis with the lab, developing models for small molecule pharmaceutical entrainment of circadian phase. Specifically, my work focuses on deriving physiologically-accurate drug delivery kinetics and using nonlinear model predictive control to inform drug development and dosing for selective phase shifting.
