Research
  • My broad research interest lies in the field of Bioinformatics. I am also enthusiastic about the application of machine learning techniques to various types of biological data. I have previously worked on Three Finger Toxins, with an aim to identify key residues affecting protein folding. I have also used machine learning to identify major biomarkers of Brain Cancer and predict patient survival time post diagnosis. I am currently working on PTSD, aiming to identify some of the metabolomic biomarkers of the disorder to aid in a better understanding.

Education
