My research interests are in the general areas of systems biology and mathematical modeling of physiological networks. My current research involves the identification of reliable molecular biomarkers to aid in the diagnosis of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). I previously worked on developing mathematical models to investigate the circadian dynamics of stress-responsive neuroendocrine systems.
