My research focuses on identifying and characterizing distinct biological subtypes of Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) which may be related to disease stratification or progression. These subtypes will give us insight into identifying robust blood biomarkers for diagnosing PTSD. My current work aims to investigate methods to integrate multiple data types such as transcriptomics, proteomics, and brain imaging.
