My research interests lie in the field of numerical data analysis and modeling in systems biology. I have previously worked on modeling the effect of intracellular signaling mechanisms on the population dynamics behavior in the context of paradoxical signaling. I am currently working in the field of circadian rhythms, analyzing the single cell oscillator for the effects of parameter changes and the dynamics of the population of multiple oscillators.
